The Pump House Ministries is continually changing and growing and because of these blessings, we are always in need of volunteers. If you have gifts, talents, or resources of any kind that you would like to share with us, we invite you to come and share them with us here. We have opportunities for men, women, and youth to come individually or corporately and work alongside of us on various projects. So much has already been accomplished by volunteers and there is so much that is still yet to be done. Come and share with us in the joy of giving to others. Following are a few of our pressing needs. We'd love to hear from you if you are interested in any of these opportunities:
- Training - The Pump House has several opportunities for training its residents in: basic computer usage, basic use of Microsoft Office, the craft of writing a resume, basic data entry concepts. We are currently building a training facility for just this opportunity.
- Web Designer - We are looking into building a new site for the Pump House Grille. We need someone to help with the design aspects of the site. The volunteer will need real world working skills in Adobe Photoshop, CSS, and HTML. This is a more advanced opportunity, so we would like to work with someone either in the professional field or an advanced college student who is proficient with these skills.
- Network Cabling - We are looking for someone to build CAT5 network cables for a training room that is being readied to put into service. The volunteer would not need any training in networking, but a real network engineer would be completely welcome for the task.
